Our current destinations are the Maldives and Indonesia. The specific locations we visit within each country depend on the season and monsoon patterns. We follow the fish — which means you always have the best possible conditions.

Our guides are experienced, licensed professionals trained to deliver a safe and enjoyable fishing experience. They are fully insured and have deep local knowledge of the waters, seasonal patterns, and target species. We don't work with generalist guides — these are specialists.

Pricing varies by destination, duration, and package. There may be additional fees for tips, port charges, taxes, gratuities, and services not included in the package. We provide full transparency on costs upfront — no hidden surprises. Send us an enquiry for a complete breakdown.

Most expeditions run 7–10 days. We keep our groups small — typically 6–8 anglers maximum per trip — to ensure personalised attention and enough fishing spots for everyone. Boat capacity is specified for each trip on our Fishing Trips page.

Our trips cater to both. Beginners benefit from our expert guides and full coaching on technique. Experienced anglers will find the challenge they're looking for in world-class target species and demanding conditions. Just tell us your experience level when you enquire and we'll match you to the right trip.

There will be no refund of any fees paid in the event of cancellation. Strictly no refund for any deposits or payments in any case of a cancellation or no-show. Please review our full Terms & Conditions before booking. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Dates and trip slots are held once the deposit is received. The remaining 50% balance plus any miscellaneous costs must be paid 90 days prior to departure. Failure to make full payment by this date may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Contact us if you have any issues with outstanding payments.

We take safety seriously. Reefs & Rivers has protocols in place for all on-water emergencies. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, loss of deposit, baggage, personal accident, injury, illness, emergency medical evacuation, and repatriation. Travellers who arrange their own insurance must provide proof of coverage at least one week before departure, valid for the full trip duration.

You must hold a valid international passport with at least 6 months' validity from your scheduled return date to Singapore, and a minimum of 4 consecutive blank pages. Ensure you have obtained all relevant visas and health certificates required at your destination(s) before departure. Requirements vary by destination — check with the relevant embassy or ask us when booking.

By proceeding with a booking, customers consent to: (1) the processing of their personal data by Reefs & Rivers; (2) sharing of necessary data with hotels, service providers, and third parties engaged for the purpose of handling bookings; and (3) the export of personal data to any country required for trip logistics. We treat all transactions as confidential and will not disclose information without your permission, unless required by law.
